Welcome!

Our organization was established in 1992 to bridge the Temecula community with our Sister Cities, Leidschendam-Voorburg in The Netherlands and Nakayama-Daisen in Japan. Temecula has exchanges involving students, city council members, law enforcement officers, parents, business leaders with our Sister Cities, opening the door to new horizons.

What's New?

Currently, the TSCA is looking for sponsors for the 2009 Dutch American Heritage Day! So, if you're interested in sponsoring the Matsuri, please refer to the Events page. In addition, as the 2009 Dutch American Heritage Day approaches we're looking for youngsters who are looking to have a great time creating Haiku and participating in the 2009 Dutch American Heritage Day. If you, or anyone you know, is interested please refer them to the Events page where they will find everything they will need to get started!

Our Mission

To encourage the understanding of each other as individuals and as members of the family of nations. Our mission is achieved by facilitating cultural, academic and vocational exchanges that bridge the community of Temecula and our sister cities to enrich business relationships and friendships, and foster mutual respect.

Here in Temecula, we bring a slice of the world to you through our annual "Dutch American Heritage Day" Celebration providing the community with the tastes, sights and sounds of the Dutch culture. In 2003, we launched our newest annual event, "The Children's Matsuri," to bring Japanese culture and fun to Southern California's kids. Don't miss this year's contest for children and families.
